I use them for both my business (as I sell womens' Higher end shoes, bags, accessories on line) as well as for my personal needs..ie repairs, rebuilds, etc...not only on shoes, boots, handbags, leather/suede jackets / pants, dog leash / collar, car cover repair, luggage, soft side dog kennel & so much more. Wanted my shoes shine, when I gave him my high top/boot, he said its more, I said ok, butbwhen he gave me my boot back, he just shine the tip, im like how is it more of he just shine the tip, I just paid it and left, never to return, tha k u for that response back, I guess I should of asked what's the difference, I live in Washington dc, I'm there alot, thank u for offering, ill take u up on that redo service, I have to change my review when I do, thanks, very polite and courteous
