Normally I would recommend this clinic, but after tonight I refuse to go through that again, I scheduled my 9 month old an appointment at 8:40pm I called and asked if it was okay that we came early because I was already in the area for another appointment I thought would be longer the receptionist told me Yes that’s fine, I got there at 7pm sat patiently waiting his turn around 915 I asked the receptionist when would my son be next, first she gave me a confused look like she don’t even remember me checking in ( I’m assuming due to the fact we were patiently waiting not putting up a fuss like some others), she then asked his name, i gave it to her she then tells me “he’s next.“ I went to school I know what next mean so in my head the next person out the door is going to call his name to come back, NOPE not at all she calls someone else, I’m cool still. I wait, the next nurse comes out calls another child name, Not mine! At this point I’m livid I was just told he was next. I call my fiancé tells him what’s going on and to get his opinion on what I should do, as I’m telling him that I was told he was next but yet they called two other children, one of the receptionists started laughing and chuckling with the other receptionists, I kindly got up let them know she can cancel my son appointment, she asked me was I sure, I looked at her and said am I sure? I’m positive not only did you tell me he was next two other children just walked to the back. She goes well everyone have appointments, I almost asked her do she know what the word next mean but I didn’t I just said you can cancel it you shouldn’t have never told me he was “next” if he wasn’t next. It was very unprofessional and rude to treat the parent of a patient in the manner that those two women did. Honestly I felt like they were doing it on purpose so they can have a easy night and close on time. They Also should have mentioned multiple people can schedule at the same time as you so it’s really no point for an appointment.

Today, October 7th 2022 at approximately 4:40pm I made an appointment for my son and was very disappointed with this location. After making an appointment and waiting 30mins, after my appointment. We were told that we would be waiting an additional 2hrs to been seen by a doctor. The explanation for this was because there was only one physician on duty and that they had an emergency upper respiratory infections to deal with. The nurse went on to say, that this situation took priority over everything else. Now, my issue with this is that the nurse did not know what anyone else was going through in that lobby to make that comment. When people have a sick child the last thing they want to hear is that their child’s health is not as important as the next child’s. My suggestion to this location is to do the following: attempt to have at least two physicians on site at all times. If this is not possible, do not allow multiple books for a short time frame. The last thing would be to have better customer service when making announcement to you patients and their families. I hope this feedback will help you to improve and make the necessary changes that are needed.

The nurse and dr that assisted us today were amazing!!!!!! They were so kind, gentle, compassionate and went out of their way to make sure that my little one was happy and feeling better. Would highly recommend.

Would always recommend this facility until my encounter yesterday. Made an appointment for my son after he injured his arm/wrist in a soccer game. The check in was seamless and the girl at the front desk was helpful and sweet as can be. The issue I have is with the other staff namely the PA/DR/Nurse that were on duty. Was on our way back to our room when said PA/DR/Nurse stopped us in our tracks, included the front desk staff and told us it’s going to be a long wait that we should go back to the lobby. I asked how long as we had an appt. Her response ‘everyone here has an appt and the other kids are extremely Ill’. You could tell the girl from the front desk was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. Totally unprofessional of them to brush us off for a broken bone and make us feel bad for the kids who were much sicker. It is not my business nor is it hers to tell me about the other kids there. I simply asked for a time estimate. We decided to leave after the three of us were really uncomfortable. Went to patient first and were seen within a reasonable time.

The doctors are awesome.. in my personal experience they have been better than our pediatrician! They work with patients ages 0-26, so you’re good :)

I believe they go up to age 26, but not sure the youngest age they see. I was there on Monday with my 7 yr old who needed a Covid test. I absolutely love the place. It is 100 times nicer than other comparable places. We did not have to sit and wait either, we were called back right away.
