Horrible experience. I asked for a manager regarding my concern, only to find one of the employees that created my concern was the manager! Pay attention! These folks will damage your property when loading items. I would have been better off loading the items myself. The manger did not want to be objective, show empathy, nor did they want to offer resolution. They simply got defensive and would only give me a customer service number. My family does a great deal of business at this location, and the prior managers have always been helpful with that relationship. Good luck on the customer solutions contact. It is not customer friendly. After going through numerous prompts and automated hold for 30 minutes, it will hang up on you!

The staff here are incredible! Each person I have encountered are very knowledgeable in every area of the store. They are friendly and helpful, never pushy or rude. The selection at this store is wide. They offer just about everything you are looking for. I always leave with more than I originally went in for. Great store.
