We were very disappointed in this place. While it had a wide array of furniture there were few sets. Lots of single dressers, single lamps, single chairs instead of a pair of bed side tables or a pair of pillows. However, the amount of dust and dirt was the most off putting part of the experience. I actually put my Covid mask on it was so dusty and if you touch the furniture your hands come back filthy. Prices were so so, some good others way out of line. Overall, I will not visit again.

I just can't with the prices. This is used furniture, not high-end, but is priced as high, if not higher, than purchasing the same pieces brand new.

What a great experience I had at Model Home Clerance Center. Lena has attention to detail. She is professional and very knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect furniture and accessories for my house.

Hi There! We have the following procedures in place. Please understand that the Model Home Clearance Center is part of a larger company Builders Design that also works out of the same faculty. 1. High percent of parent company employees work almost exclusively from home. 2. If parent company employees do come into work they enter through one entry door and have their temperature checked and are turned away if they have a fever. 3. Any employee that is exposed to someone with Covid must test negative before coming into work. 4. All employees and customers must wear masks when at our facility. 5. Hand sanitizer is available at places throughout the building 6.Our staff is getting vaccinated in accordance with Maryland protocol. 7. We follow guidelines on capacity though our space is very large and client visits not significant so this does not present as an issue currently. Always Thanks, MHCC Team
