Pho cali has the best pho around and are generous with the toppings. The pho, spring rolls, and Thai tea are all excellent - to the point that despite going here for years I've tried very few menu items!

This restaurant charged extra unauthorized tips. They changed what you write on the receipt. Although it is just few dollar every time, this is still disgusting. Who know what they would do to your food when you don't see it.

Iced coffee was good. Pho was odd, I ordered a beef stew pho dish that technically had beef.. I think ... tripe I guess it's what it was. Not a fan of tripe which was offered as another dish. Had some bitter spices in it. I'll try pho again as this was my first time. I'll be clear next go around that I want meat hold the organ meat...

I had pho and it was pretty good! They had everything ready for us on the table and the waiter was always refilling our drinks. Very nice people would go again :)
