This experience was awful. I wouldn't recommend going here even if it was the only thing to eat for the next hundred miles. Here's why. Upon walking in there's a sign hanging up that says pickup only no dine in. When we got to the counter we were asked if we wanted to dine in or carry out.... weird. After ordering we tried to find somewhere to sit.. every single table was dirty and crummy and sticky. While walking through the dinning room my slides started sticking to the floor with every step. After wiping off a table for us to sit at I went back to the counter to await our order. The gentleman at the counter (even though the receipt says a lady took our order) asked a young woman with short blond hair to make the 8 piece for here. She started on it without changing gloves. She got the tenders out then fanned her shirt (as if to say it's really hot in here) with her gloves still on. Then she went right back to making our order still not changing gloves. Got our mashed potatoes out then pulled her pants up. Still without changing gloves got our biscuits out. Came over gave me the food and went back to the line still not changing her gloves!!! That's gross! After we sat there a minute we left. I used the restroom before leaving and the lights were all flickering on and off. It was gross and I felt like I was at some truck stop in the backwoods. However I feel like they may be cleaner in that situation. The soap dispenser and the sanitizer was not working so I couldn't even wash my hands... which makes me want to know how the employees do?? Steritech really needs to do an undercover stop by and just watch from the dining room. I guarantee if that happened they would be shut down hard.

They service was good and food but I wanna leave a compliment that the co worker that workers there name arianna was somkeing in the bathroom during work I was ordering my food and my little sister went into the bathroom and saw to girls in the bathroom smokeing together and one of them said ari and everyone that works a job should not be smokeing during there job. I had called to explained but the women that was smoke ing should be fired .

A good "Fast Food" option since this location also offers a "Taco Bell" menu. However, I think the KFC/Taco Bell combo slows down or at least requires a little patience getting your order.. and getting it right. We used the Drive Thru where the employee was friendly but we had to wait for the KFC part of the order. Prices at this location are higher than other KFC's which is OK except the food quality is not the same. I ordered Nashville Hots which did not seem fresh and IMHO were overcooked.
