My daughter and I have gotten consistent quality care from this office. The doctors that have performed procedures have been kind and knowledgeable and have explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. I recommend this location if you're looking for an ENT.

Front desk staffs are very unkind and unprofessional.... need to have more manners and kindness to patients who came with worries and concern of their health. They made me feel more anxious.

They don’t answer calls. When they call back they put you on forever hold. I did like the doctors but they need to replace the front desk people

The actual audiologist was very good and was able to provide a product that was perfect for me. This was my first hearing aid and I was beyond thankful to be able to actually hear again! During the first hearing aid appointment I was given an out-of-pocket cost so that I could compare, if needed. Since the cost was only a couple hundred dollars higher than other places, I decided to move forward as I felt comfortable with the audiologist. When the hearing aids came in and were perfectly adjusted to my hearing needs, I paid the out-of-pocket cost which was close to $3,000 and left with the hearing aids and the gift of hearing! Later that afternoon the audiologist called and said there had been a mistake and that I needed to bring in over $2500 more or return the hearing aids! I was absolutely heartbroken and had my husband drive to the office to return them. The only offer I was given was that they could find an older product that might suit my needs. This is unacceptable in my opinion and should have been cleared up prior to the hour I spent in the office fine tuning and leaving with the product. I am still so upset that I have not made an appointment elsewhere.
