Wonderful Pizza Hut! I use the app most of the time and order a light sauce, light cheese, thin crust, and double pepperoni ran through twice. I also get other things but that is my pickiest item. 9 out of 10 times my order comes out perfect. I usually get my order delivered ( I do not like the delivery charge that does not go to the driver). Delivery is fast and always friendly! Just remember to tip your delivery driver, they are not responsible for food being made incorrectly.

First of all, I placed my order in the app & I opted for "curbside contactless pickup." We arrived and checked in on the app & we waited and waited. I just had surgery and I finally had to get out of the car and go in....only to have the Pizza Hut guy brush by me & go out to my car! I yelled out to him & he came back inside & didn't even carry my huge pizza box out to the car for me! I ordered the $25.99 Big Box and Cinnamon rolls. I'd been craving Pizza Hut pizza for a few days & for the first time, I was sadly disappointed! The pizza wasn't close to being done! It was horrible! Three people and not even 3 full slices of pizza were eaten! The wings were nasty and the bread sticks were too hard to eat! Nearly $38 thrown out the window for bad food and poor customer service. I'm highly disappointed.

First time ordering from this location and the pizza was prepared perfectly! We were excited to see they allowed dining in and had their salad bar. We will definitely eat here the next time we stay the weekend in Blue Ridge.

I called Pizza Hut and the call center transferred me to Pizza Hut store number 105 in blue ridge. They hung up on my 5 times every time I said my name. I don’t know why they did that to me. Then I had to drive all the way to Pizza Hut and asked them why did they hung up on me? They have no answer to that. I told them that I paid for extra onion and two marina sauces. And that they forgot to do that. They said the onion is extra already. But it’s not true. I’m going to call the corporation number tomorrow. I ordered Pizza Hut every month and now I will never order there anymore.
