Please note that this is an updated review. I had a bad moving experience with this company but I’ve never seen a company work harder to rectify the mistakes which occurred. It was strange as the move began well but midway the crew simply went off plan, leaving me in a lurch. My representative Nathan, after I have been in my home a week (swimming in boxes of dumped drawer items and unassembled furniture due to the movers change of practice with no hope because I’m disabled and unemployed) continued communicating with me finally offering to refund the cost of the move. I really hope that it comes to pass so that I can finally transition into my home.

Javier and Guillermo were very professional and efficient. They communicated with me when they had details to share, or a question about preferences. I would absolutely use Zip Movers again, and likely will!

Melky, Orlando, and Joel were careful and quick as they wrapped items and loaded/unloaded without taking a break. No items were damaged, and they finished quickly. I would recommend Zip Moving.
