We used to bring all our cars there and then we moved away a few years ago and I am back visiting friends and a piece came off under my car and I called and brought it in for them to check it and see if there were any problems and they checked and put the piece back on. They were very quick and treated me very respectfully. They told me what I needed to do when I got home.

I had my brakes and rotors done in March. My brakes have been grinding ever since. I took the car back in May and they supposedly fixed the problem. The grinding started back the next week. I'm so disappointed and frustrated.

Was there a couple weeks ago. Guy who helped walked out to my car and said they would order the same tire I already have, and I would get a call in 3-4 days. Didn’t do anything at the computer. Called the store 6 days later gave them my name and was told they were checking with the distributor and he would call me back. Never got a call back. Called today to check the start since no one is calling back. First question is what kind of tire then who helped me. Why not just ask for my name and look it up. When I said that he got defensive, and I just hung up. Go somewhere else they do not do what they say they are going to do.
