In my opinion and experience this is not customer focused and more focused on how many test they rack up& with that comes a hefty bill. I have had pets my entire life and have always gone above and beyond they are family to me I don’t mind paying for something that’s needed but when I feel it’s more about the money than the animals again I don’t mind paying for whatever is truly needed but when I walk out and spend over 600.00 with no medication nothing and the same result as I came in for yes I feel taken advantage of . This is just my opinion and experience.

These guys are a lifesaver. I couldn't get my Presley in at my normal vet and they got me in today. Possible urinary blockage so it was crucial. The staff are AMAZING!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS!
