Great service with certain employees but could use some good help. Once agsin walk in not being greeted not having any idea when you'll be talked to its kinda like how McDonald's is so we're gonna continue to go somewhere else thank you for some odd service

Cancelled my account because they lost a phone I sent to them that showed delivered on the tracking number they gave me, and tried to charge me for it for 4 months. Received a letter saying I need to return a signal extender either by UPS (not falling for that again) or to a TMobile authorized dealer. Went to my closest store, they said I needed to go to the corporate store. This one. I get there and they say they have no way to take it back, there's no manager on duty, and that I will have to send it myself. Not risking them losing a 2nd device and trying to bill me $400. TMobile customer service has be worthless since they bought out Sprint. Never again.

Love having T-moble. My bill is very affordable and I get great service. I just went into the store because I broke my screen and I had to use my Insurance, they sent me a New phone with in 2 days and They let me know about a deal for the Galaxy 4 watch for free...
