We just replaced all of the windows in a 20 year old home we bought a few years ago. We’ve used Window World in Iowa before so we thought we’d try them again here in AZ and I’m so happy we did. They are thousands below other places, our windows arrived early and were installed to perfection. Everyone was 100% responsive and professional. No more leaks, no more bugs getting in through a lack of sealing and our cool air is staying in the house where it belongs. I will always recommend Window World for anyone looking for affordable windows.

I am giving a 5 star with some reservation. The quality of the windows are a perfect match for us. Cuts down on dust and noise. Helps retain heat and cooling. We did have damage to our main family room window. Zack came out twice to fix it. He was amazing! He even cleaned up a huge mess of expanding foam that the first installer left outside. He didnt have to do that. Our sales guy is no longer there, he placed the wrong order. However, the windows that did come in for the front of the house was a blessing in disguise. They look fabulous. We have a sliding door and one more window to order. We will use them again. Next time we will just request a manager to come out if a mess is left again.

UPDATE: Changed from 1 to 3 stars because the owner himself came to assess the problems and corrected them free of charge. After 6 long months, the windows, screens and doors are complete. ORIGINAL: The Salesman omitted to notify us that the window frame threshold was not ADA compliant after going into great detail about their ADA handles. The Windows are see through instead of privacy windows, the screen door lock arrived broken and they never installed the weather stripping around the door as offered. The job was supposed to take 3 days. Day 1 the installer arrived at 10am and left by 1. He said he forgot to bring some of his tools. He said he would return at 7am the next day and did not show up until 930. Day 3 he showed up at 8 and stayed till 5, but had to return the next day to finish up before his next job. When done he stated I would have to schedule the stucco repair for whenever they have availability. After he left, I realized he didn't do the weather stripping and after tripping over the threshold, I realized it was not ADA compliant. When I called them to advise of the problems encountered, their response was to pay another $500 to make the door ADA compliant and that they would put a lien on my house until a decision is made. Being elder and disabled, we feel completely taken advantage of. We will never use this company again.
