Left there after having multi recalls on my F150 2016 fixed and general service oil change etc... tires replaced and everything else and told them about a whistling sound that was coming out of the engine compartment when starting . they never looked at it and it turned out to be the battery post had a crack plainly visible and acid was leaking around the negative post. the battery terminals are all corroded and no inspection was done under the hood. they never saw that while inspecting my vehicle? All the plating was missing from the terminal post clamps. personally I don't think they did anything to it including the oil change.
