Went there to pick up a family dog and was immediately met with a racist undertone while being questioned about the dog that they did not allow me to pick up. When I called back and explained the situations to the groomer “Niko” he then yelled, cursed, interrupted, and hung up the phone on me. I was being understanding of his point yet he did not let me speak and threatened to call the police if I returned. I did nothing wrong and only called for clarity on the situation, however I only felt even more disrespected than I already was after entering the spa only to be questioned and turned away rudely. Horrible customer service: you don’t speak to people that way. I would never recommend this place to anyone in fear they may experience disrespect and racism like I did.
