I recently visited MSR for a CMRA event, and as of the end of August 2021 the side we use for the bikes is in pristine condition. The pavilions are nice to keep you a little bit cooler in your pit area, and they have power for warmers. It was a great experience spending the weekend in the hotel across the street and racing motorcycles with friends.

You must be a member but if you sign up during the season that they have drivers edge you can race your car it will have to pass Tech though
You need to look up a machine shop. Motosport Ranch is a race track.

Are you talking about tech inspections? That is dependent on the club. Cresson does not have a dedicated inspection.
You would have to contact the photographer doing the sessions, which ever organisation you are driving / riding with should be able to put you in contact with them. Some do packs or individual downloads directly from their sites.

Yep, they have an indoor viewing area that is really nice...leather chairs, etc. Or there are bleachers by the track
As far as technical aspects, multiple driver training, SCCA, and Porsche club events are held here; and each has thier own regs and fees. If you are asking about an arrive and drive a la carte thing, then it's best to call and ask.
