Nice place. Friendly staff. Includes a decent breakfast. Didn’t use pool or hot tub. Rooms are well appointed. Only complaint would be that rooms near reception are a little noisy.

Positive: The staff was AMAZING! From check in to check out- staff was very attentive and extremely nice. Doug really made our time great- even opened the bar up again so we could get a drink after they closed up ¿¿ Negative: Was fine considering the area we were located in but definitely not the Newest hotel.

This place is like an oasis in the desert compared to all the little motels around it. And when I say around it, I mean within hours of it not just in Thermopoli. I'm here for work and honestly don't care about the hotsprings and such (though the scenery driving through Wind River Valley is amazing) but it's centrally located. I was a kind of last minute booking, and on a holiday at that, and when I first called they where sold out. But staff wanted me to call back when a manager was on duty and they managed to get me in for the weekend. This place isn't a palatial Bahamas estate or anything but it's, by far, the best hotel I've stayed in since being in Wyoming.

Positive: Finally, the pool and hot tub are open. It's really nice with a lot of room around the pool. Staff was welcoming and excellent as usual. Negative: They allow smoking at one end of the hall. The cigarette smell travels down the hall and into the rooms. Horrible!
