We had such a great time! Jamie and Dori know how to run a class A facility! They stayed in touch with me and kept me informed about everything I need to get my large group ready for the ride. When we arrived they were ready for us and very organized they paired the horses to the riders with the information I sent them perfectly! We had a large group of 14 riders, both youth and adults mostly with little to no riding experience. The horses were all well cared for, groomed, and obviously loved. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and everyone was very professional. There were I think 5 professional guides who went with us on the trail and so every 3-4th horse/rider was a guide who could pass back a messages and instructions for us to follow. This was very helpful for such a large group that we could all hear instructions, when to lean forward etc. we had so much fun and will definitely be back! I can’t say enough nice things about these guys, they truly love the animals and keeping the horses healthy and safe is a top priority for them. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Hi Emily. We don’t have an age requirement. Usually 5 and under ride in front of a parent on the same saddle (or with a guide if you prefer.) Young children that are new to riding will usually be attached to a lead line and led by a guide so they are essentially riding by themselves, but don’t have to worry about steering.
