The providers are very good!! However, their billing department is incompetent. I've been seen there several times. I always pay my required copay when I'm suppose too. . However, I've never paid a copay for covid testing...EVER!! On 8/9/22, me and my daughter went there for covid testing. We NEVER saw Dr. Nokuri or any other doctor. The text did our covid test and we left. A month later I received a bill for $50.00 which is my copay. I've been calling and speaking to the idiots in their billing department asking why am I being billed for an office visit? All I've gotten is the run around. Instead of them resubmit a corrected claim. The last person I spoke with today. Is trying to tell me the other times I went there for covid testing I was charged for an office visit. I asked her if that's true then why wasn't I asked to pay my copay. She say "I can't answer that, because I'm not in the Oxon Hill office". No one in that billing office has tried to successfully help me. Right is right, wrong is wrong. Idiots in any billing office is awful!! I'm extremely disappointed with this and their lack of help. I will no longer go there for my urgent care needs!!

This place was a true gem!!! With the winter season approaching the children are coming down with everything under the sun! Coughing, sneezing, running nose, the works! With COVID still floating around you just can’t be to sure… I came straight to premier health express urgent care center and was VERY pleased with the staff! They all were so helpful with my three children and very patient! The provider made sure to listen to EACH one of there of concerns and address them quickly! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone but especially with children! Very satisfied and I will definitely return for anything in the near future!

The guy at the front desk is a rude person. He doesn't know how to talk to people and seems to belittle. This place is a no go. Update: I left because the sassy front desk guy has not helped me even though it’s not busy. Again not a place I recommend based off the experience.

I slashed my thumb severely and was turned away, citing no x-ray machine on premises. Went to a real Medstar Urgent Care place today and it was too late for stitches. I told them what the guy at this place told me last night, re unable to stitch because my cut might be close to the bone and they have no x-ray machine . It wasn't close to the bone. X-ray wasn't needed. Stitches were needed. The Medstar doc laughed at what I was told. She and I agreed that they just wanted to close up shop, as I arrived thirty minutes before closing time. Don't go here. I needed stitches and didn't get them.
