I had a $1500 bill because my insurance didn't approve dental work. They never told me insurance didn't approve the dental work, but they went ahead and worked on my teeth. They overcharged my FSA account leaving me NO extra money for meds I needed. They never told me they overcharged me. They never told me I had a bill. I found out 11 months later when I came in for a cleaning. They told me I had to pay or call the insurance company myself. When I refused, they told me they would take care of it. I called back to find out why I was overcharged and to see if they would provide me with a refund. I was told "we'll cross that bridge when we get to it" so I cancelled my future appointments until they figure out their billing mix-up. I don't even know if I want to come back because I don't like having my money played with. I guess "we'll cross that bridge when we get to it"
