They opened after 8:00. There were 3 people ahead of us. After filling out admission forms, we waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes and an additional hour inside before seeing the nurse practitioner.

After waiting an hour to be seen, staff was unprofessional. They documented my vitals under the wrong patient and talked about my medical condition while laughing, not realizing that the door was open and I could hear the whole conversation. I also heard them discuss things related to plan of care/treatment for other patients when I was sitting in the waiting room. I won’t be going back
