Absolutely horrible. My dad died only 2 days after his visit.

First interaction was the worst interaction. During check-in, the representative that checked my kids and I in requested my SSN. I advised her that I'm not required to provide my SSN and that I will only provide the last four of my SSN. She accepted my response for my check-in. However for my kids she stressed my SSN was required and that the kids were minors and we don't have the same last name. Again I told her my SSN is not going to identify whether these are my kids or not. Please check us in, I will provide the last four and that is all. She walked off and then came back and repetitively asked for my children Birthdate information, which is something that is required when you first check in. As she proceeded to check us in someone called us from the back because they were ready for us and she advised them we will need to wait because she was not complete with her check-in process. In addition, I think additional safety precautions should be taken because my son was coughing in the space where you would ask a patient to check in and she did not spray after leaving the space.
