Ordered at the Drive through a 5 piece chicken combo. They ring me up for a sausage biscuit combo. How exactly do you get "Sausage biscuit" from "5 piece chicken"

My all- time favorite Bojangles! I will literally drive out of my way to go to this location, they always go above and beyond to make sure your order is fresh and done right! This entire location's staff need and deserve a VERY generous pay raise!

Hailing from a part of the country that doesn’t have Bojangles, we decided it’s high-time to see what the fuss is all about. We popped in after landing at TYS before heading east to Pigeon Forge. Glad we did! We tried/shared a chicken sandwich with all the trimmings - loved it; 6 piece chicken tenders - wished we ordered more; fries - they hit the spot; and a biscuit- drizzled with honey. So now we know what the fuss is all about, and I’ll be making a fuss until I get back for more. Good chicken!

This is my second time coming to Knoxville and I stopped by this Bojangles each time. The customer service is always great, the employees have that authentic southern accent and hospitality. I love it. Shae was at the cashier, very patient and pleasant. See y’all next year ❤️❤️
