I had a great experience here. I was stressed about getting my license switched over after moving from another state and thought it would be a lengthy process. The woman helping me was very helpful on the phone and in person when I arrived. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you for making a typically stressful task easier than ever!

If you need to speak to an actual human, don’t bother calling the listed phone number. You’ll never speak to someone. Additionally, the recorded voice is incredibly slow. If i could give 0 stars I would. AWFUL, NONEXISTENT customer service via phone.

My friend there is no wait time at the Department of Licensing on Riddell Rd because were not open on Monday's. If you need service in regards to your license or identification cards we operate Tuesday through Saturday. For vehicle or boat service I advise to visit our official website site... http://www.dol.wa.gov. Then select vehicles then field office locations. Find a office that's open near you to handle your vehicle or boating services. Hope this helps. Michael Slinger Dol Employee Riddell Rd. 10 years now!! 🤗🤗

At the Port Townsend location of the Dept. of Licensing, can a Disabled Placard (either a Temporary or Permanent) be obtained? Besides the D.O.L. Disabled Parking Application Form, is a SEPARATE "signed authorization" NOTE by Dr. necessary?

You have to make an appointment online. They are only doing online appointments currently.

It is not clear at all whether the Port Townsend office is actually "open" as of this date (7/28/20) post-quarantine. Is it?
