USPS did it again!!!!!! This is the 4th package in the last two weeks that was marked as delivered when it wasn’t! I’m home today and even taped a note to my door stating this and to knock!!!! I made sure to listen out and no one came but my package is marked as delivered! SMDH!!!!!!!!! I was able to find one package at the post office but the other two disappeared into thin air, now this one is missing! USPS employees are stealing! Oh and I called customer service number and each time I had to jump to hoops to actually speak to someone! I filed a complaint and was told someone would get back to me but no one ever did. I went online to file another complaint and afterwards I received a generic email stating the cases were re-opened and escalated. Why were the cases closed in the first place when they were never resolved?! Then I can’t even request a refund because insurance is needed!

This has got to be the worst post office in the entire United States. Nearly every mail carrier I’ve come in contact with is unprofessional and rude, including the supervisors. It really got bad when a new mail carrier was assigned to my neighborhood and refused to deliver my mail because she did not like my dog in the yard. Mind you, my dog has never hurt or bitten a soul in its entire life and has never been an issue. Rather than ask that I move my mailbox outside the gate, she yelled at me and threatened to mace my dog (for no reason) next time she came by my yard. Then, she called the police and lied, telling them the dog was not on a leash. The police arrived and saw no issue since a dog is allowed to not be on a leash IN ITS OWN YARD. My mail is now not being delivered and my dog did not do anything wrong. I plan to out a mailbox outside my gate to avoid these issue in the future, but all they had to do was request I move my mailbox, rather than threatening me and calling the police because they have a fear of dogs. Mind you, no other mail carrier had an issue coming in my yard with the dog (who is not threatening) for the past 2 years I’ve owned the dog. Suggest this post office hire and train their employees to handle concerns in a professional manner rather than threatening customers and lying to the police. Now I understand why republicans want to privatize USPS. I do not want my taxes supporting this janky organization either. Cut USPS! What’s the point? Especially when we have FedEx and UPS who do a much better job!
