worst customer service ever! tonya or whatever her name is. i kept asking for a manager they refused to give info. refused to help me at ALL! tonya laughed in my face after u asked for her managers info saying “i’ve been here longer than you been alive” ! they come up with any reason to not help or do their job! this is ridiculous! lady put her hands on me to try and get me out the office!! THE WORST customer service! I will 0 star this place if I could! Negative stars if I could!!!!!

I mailed a package from the CP Post Office yesterday, 9/29/22, and the young woman behind the counter could not have been nicer. In addition to her general combination of courtesy and professionalism, she saw that some of the tape I had used might have become caught up in the machines, so she took out clear sealing tape and covered up the tape I had used. 5-star service!!!

It seems like my experience fell in line with what everybody else is saying. I went in this post office today and they refuse to mail my package because they said I needed a mask! The lady states to me that the sign is clearly marked on the door and it took me about 5 minutes to find it but the sign is posted from right after covid and most facilities signs have been updated to mask optional but they still have the mass mandatory! They're the only location that has that she literally refused to talk to me any further because I didn't have a mask. Just make your make your day brighter and just don't go in this facility at all!

Agree this is the worst. Employee refused me on 2 occasions to give me receipts for packages I have returned saying that since covid they don’t give receipts. On both occasions, I left for the Adams Morgan post office. Also one of the employees always straddles both of the customer parking spaces rather than walk up the slight hill to the employee parking spaces. I’ve written to complain but no action. Complaints are marked as resolved without any notes.

Yes. The charge is $15.00. There is an issue with the photo printer right now. Walgreens located in next block does passport photos for same cost.
The staff is nasty only one woman always cordial They ought to be thankful they have a federal service job.
