If I could give zero stars I would, very unprofessional and not willing to help at all. I am going to write a letter as a complaint because this is not the first time I’ve been to this location and received this type of service. Empathy goes a long way and it’s clear that they do not have any for anyone. USPS please redo your customer service training for the future. Thanks

Is there any way to leave 0 star? Nobody cares for you in this facility. They put you on hold over the phone and you wait till they hang it up on you. And if you get the chance to finally speak to someone they tell you we can't help you. Package shows delivered so that is it. You go find it yourself 😠 What are they paid for ?
