I had window's replace by this company. They didn't do the job as described, they removed a window that wasn't ment to be removed, put a temporary window in, which has been there for 3 months waiting on the correct one to be installed. They were to show up today between 8am-10am... it is now 2:41pm and they still aren't here... On the 3rd appointment... they showed up and did the job well... the windows are of good quality... if they would have installed them the 1st time, they way the installer did the final time... I would have had no complaints... now that it is finished ... I am satisfied

Left my house open, Dave Boysen lied about getting back in touch with me. Gave lame excuses. Once installed and they get paid. They do not care. Run away!

Very unorganized, unsafe work environment. I'm sure there's an OSHA violation every 5 steps in the warehouse. Very racist, prejudice underlining in the work area. From the top official to the lower level managers very little knowledge of a warehouse is present. I believe OSHA and/or a Union is required for this establishment. Treats customers like infants little to no respect given
