I recently visited the Beltsville Service Center for service and was VERY IMPRESSED with both the show room and the quality of service I received from my representative, Kovan. He was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get me on my way within 30 minutes of arrival, which I was really happy about, as my expectation was to have to make a return visit. The showroom is a tool guy's dream. They have many tools on the store's walls and all are well-organized and neatly displayed. I could have spent half a day there, just gawking at all that Milwaukee goodness. Well done Milwaukee and thanks for great service Kovan!

This people are very rude practically they stole my finish nail gun by said that they contacted me through emails without response so they can’t keep merchandise

I took my sawzall to repair because it didn't turn on... The guy working there was a little rude.. anyways after I left my tool I didn't hear from service for a month and I decided to call them.. I call and one employee told me the service repair send me my tool by mail.. it have been 2 years since that and I'm still waiting patiently for my sawzall.

I left my for service one of my drills and after 2 months i ask the guy that was so rude to me what is the status with the drill and he said that i never left anything over there, even that i have a copy that I left my drill with the serial number etc. he done it to me one more time with one 12.0 battery. He offer unacceptable service making the brand look so bad. As a company we spending thousand of dollars buying Milwaukee products. Milwaukee need to take action because i am sure i am not the only one.
