I got contacted and was not notified why they were calling me, they just said where they were calling and started asking for my personal information… not a good way to start a conversation! They kept insisting they need my pero al information before I was told the reason of the call… then they started by saying I don’t have a card on file and have not made a payment which I specifically told the gentlemen I did both. Auto payments are set!!
