Made 10 am appointment. 50 minutes pass my appointment time I asked how much longer do I have to wait (I could see my car was not moved from where I parked). Front desk lady was like there was no one to look at your car...I said I made an appointment for 10am...I need to leave..obviously I made that appointment for a reason (system even asks you if you are going to wait), sorry I do not have the whole day to wait. That lady handed my key and just said here you go....wait what? No communication. I understand places get busy, this one was not busy when I pulled up. Good communication can make the difference.
