I'm a little disappointed on how things are going with Five Star Bath Solutions. I had a consultation June 16, 2022 to begin a project. I gave them a $2500 deposit to begin work. Someone came out to do my measurements from the company. I received an email that they were ordering supplies in July. I thought the project would begin in August but didn't hear anything back. I called the company in September and was told that I needed to be put on the schedule. I was shocked because I thought I should have already been put on the schedule. I was informed that I would receive a call the week of 9/6/22 and still no call. At this point, I'm about to request a refund and go with another company. They cashed my check but have delayed any communication in regards to when they are supposed to start work. This is not how I do business.

Contacted FiveStar and scheduled an appointment with their local Sales/Design Specialist for the following week (June 28th). During his presentation he (Marcus) presented as detailed, knowledgeable and polite. After reviewing our subject bathroom, he discussed the Five Star program and showed us 12'"x12" samples of proposed wall material. We asked if we could see larger examples of the product to get a better understanding of the "final look" we'd achieve with the proposed shower/bath remodel. Though this was apparently an unusual request, he said he'd contact his office and arranange for us to visit the local Five Star facility (Annapolis) to review as many of the full sized panels as he had available. We allowed more than a week to pass, but received no follow-up call from Marcus or a member of this team. Having heard nothing, we called the phone # on his business card -- where we were able to leave a detailed voice message. Several more days passed with no return call, so we tried again to call -- being given only an option to leave a VM, which we did. We also sent a text message to this number. It's now August 17th and we have still received no reply. Needless to say, we've taken our project elsewhere. Disappointing!

I had a downstairs and an upstairs bathroom completely remodeled by Five Star Bath Solutions of Annapolis. From their representative explaining their products, through the work to completion I could not be happier. Dave and Scott, the installers, were fantastic (Dave is just one of those guys that can work out any problem). The owner, Rob, helped us through some delays we caused, minor changes in our plans and was a call away. You will think that their estimate is very competitive but for me, when I saw what they did to turn two 50 year old, damp and overused bathrooms into two new, sound bathrooms worthy of any new house I was blown away. My wife feals she is in a dream home. They truly are that good.
