I have had work done here a few times, and have always had great customer service and quality regular maintenance (i.e., oil change, tire replacement, inspections, etc.). My low rating is due to a repair that was done improperly that resulted in the replaced part coming off my vehicle while driving on the interstate and causing additional damage beyond what was originally repaired. I was able to get a refund issue for the labor and part that was replaced, but the resulting damage from the belt falling off was nearly 10x the cost of the refund. Great customer service only goes so far if the work you pay for results in additional damage, safety concerns, and higher future costs. I would explore other mechanics if having work done that requires expertise beyond typical maintenance.

They take their practices seriously. I saw a customer enter while forgetting a mask and immediately as he stepped inside the employee greeted the customer and requested he get a mask before she could help him. He apologized grabbed a mask and continued with their business. They were very professional about the entire experience.
Usually no more than an hour. All depending on how soon you get in and what type of day the tech is having.
