Amazing business. If I could give 10 stars I would. They have great customer service. I brought my husbands ring to get resized and they were able to fix it same day. I had first contacted "Jewelry Service Center" via phone to find out if they had a finger ring gauge size tool. I was informed they did have one and they were kind enough to welcome me to discover my ring sizes. The environment is very clean and professional. A gentleman assisted me in acquiring the ring sizes of all fingers on both hands. He was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. I am very pleased with the service, attitude, and energy of this Jewelry Service Center. I will be back to shop and actually purchase something from there, soon! Hi Kathy, at this time we are not able to engrave an ornament. Our equipment is capable of engraving only on smaller jewelry items such as rings, bracelets and small pendants. Trophy shops or stores like Things Remembered may have larger scale engravers that should be able to engrave an ornament. Hope this is helpful to you! - Jewelry Service Center
