This is our second stay. It is now our "go to" place to lodge! Amazing architecture and character you don't find in chain hotels. Breakfast is excellent. It's like a vacation just sitting in the rocking chairs on the large and spacious front porch. Relaxing and quiet too! Chattanooga room is unique but every suite has so much character. We will never stay anywhere else! Love this B&B!

My husband and I booked this place on a whim as a stop on our honeymoon. This place ended up being our favorite!! The hospitality is amazing - they truly go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need (from changing the room temp to giving us cheese knives for our own snacks we brought). We opted for the breakfast in the room one morning and it was idyllic. I felt so cared for and catered to. Highly recommend the Rising Fawn suite. We can’t wait to go back!! Shout out to Grace who is amazing. Also as a side note- if you’ve never been to Chattanooga it is absolutely lovely. Such yummy food, amazing views, and wonderful people.

This was one of our most unique extended weekends! The mansion is beautiful and you have to see it with your own eyes. The tub was the highlight of our room and the reason we picked it! The service (specially Daniel, massive shout out) is above expectations and the breakfast, snacks, free drinks, etc are all cherries on top! I wish I had more pictures to show you all! But you can stop in for a tour!!
