Dangerous to even enter this place of business, as the management is too careless & complacent to even open both sides of the gated entrance and exit. I have witnessed and experienced several close calls, and have reported this safety hazard multiple times, to no avail. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

LKQ formerly ernie's has very reasonable and affordable prices. I myself acquired an alternator for a 2009 vehicle got it for not only a great price it came along with a year warranty I did not expect. I'm sure that if they don't have it at their location between martinsburg/springmills they'll likely track it down for you if it's in stock or in the yard at another location. I recommend calling them or stopping by if you happen to be in the area. From what I spied in the yard I think it possible they may have your make and model truck but I'm not promising you.
