My wife had lingering covid symptoms of a tight chest after 2.5 weeks, so no longer contagious, and they recommend she come in to get checked. Then the doctor said they could not see her TO LISTEN TO HER CHEST because it was potentially covid related. Because these doctors refused to do their job, my wife had to go to the emergency room for a non-emergency and instead of us being covered for a doctors visit we are now stuck with a $1200 bill for a non-emergency visit that we HAD to go to because the doctors would not do their jobs. Doctors not willing to help anymore and a medical community that now wont see someone due to a cough. Thanks for helping my family now financially strain to pay for a check up that is classified as an emergency.

I have always received great customer service and good care. The facility is super clean, and appointments seem spaced out as it is never crowded and this was particularly good in covid times. I get follow up calls and good support from docs and nurses.

The care I’ve received from the team at the Center for Women’s Health has been consistently outstanding. It’s wonderful when medical professionals are incredibly smart and amazing at what they do, but are also compassionate and truly listen. Thank you!

The doctors are great, which is the only reason they get 3 starts, but I have had nothing but issues with administrative side of this practice. This is an impersonal operation as the administrative side manages multiple groups and the lack of cross-function communication is evident. I've had repeat issues scheduling an appointment (pre-COVID and during), been inconvenienced by the actions of staff who process samples and the lack of communication between the individual group and billing department. For urgent matter appointments, the availability to be seen has so far been anywhere from one week to four weeks out and one of these times the scheduling group suggested I instead go to an urgent care (for a V.infection, when I have a gynecologist?) They have always been nice people, but this is not acceptable. I've been able to be seen within a few days, once I'm able to get a nurse on the phone. I had an issue with my samples not being processed correctly (system was down, but the process should be seamless considering this is OSU) and had to return to the office for a repeat test. I was told I would NOT be charged for the second office visit as it was their mistake, however, my insurance was billed for both appointments and I'm being charged for the remaining balance of both appointments. I've now had to message the billing group to explain why the second appointment must be removed. It should have be set up or communicated internally not to bill me for the second visit.
