It's not a bus stop. It is the parking lot of a 7-Eleven. There are no bathrooms or shade, which is not ideal for a hot summer trip. The bus was also an hour late (which others informed me is pretty typical for the Dover routes), making the subpar "bus stop" even more awful to wait at.

My Bus ticket says 3:30 AM for departure. I’m here for one hour it’s 4:31 AM and the bus is still not here. I would not recommend this bus line at all. Don’t know how it’s even still in business.

Ok so the bus was supposed to come at 3am it arrived at 3:40. But that is not my problem. The problem is its unsafe to be standing out there at that time of morning. It was people sleeping on the sidewalk and stragglers walking about. I told my dad stay in the car until the bus come. Unsafe and dark

Good question, i would call Greyhound. This is not proper procedure
The Greyhound stop in Dover is not a greyhound stop it is a 7-Eleven parking lot right across from the racetrack. You can catch the bus or get off there but they do not have an office or an official Depot. It's just a 7-Eleven convenience store.
You need to call Greyhound to get information on on fares. There's no local number; only the toll free number.
