I am devastated right now my birthday gifts were delivered but not to me and I Can't stop crying because I had that stuff sitting in that cart for a long time before I could get the money to purchase it and I finally got it for my birthday I waited and waited for this package and it finally arrived only for me to walk to the mailbox and find nothing in it and I even walked to my other neighbors with similar addresses and either nobody answered or they said they didn't get it and when I just want to send an email mail it won't let me email my local usps im just broken right now

This location is so rude and lacks empathy. There’s only ever 2 people working the front, if that. I ordered a package and THEY delivered it to the wrong address, so when I go in to get clarity and to find out a solution, a woman named Ronnie greeted me with the worst attitude I’ve ever had in customer service. She kept walking away while I was asking questions and cutting me off. Gave me a nonworking number when I asked for a supervisors information. This was so frustrating and I wasn’t the one who messed up. USPS is. So why am I being treated like a nuisance?

Been having many problems with them over the years. They keep giving us other people mail, keep deliver my mail to my old home even after I fill out the change of address form. Now they returning my mail to the sender because they claimed my address is undeliverable. Keep complaining to them but they keep doing the some mistakes. Don't even go in to the post office. There always people waiting in long lines. The workers are too slow. They need a overhaul but they never change!!!!!!!

Hate this place ! Lost my package . Say they handed it to me when everyone was home and they never knocked or left in the mailbox . Keep giving the same excuse lost over 150$ worth of items

I have had similar issues. Perhaps you should speak with the Postmaster to both clarify what mail carriers are responsible to do, as well as let him/her know the affected route.
