Unprofessional and conceited people who work here, arrogant and unkind, they show no interest in wanting to help and serve people 😡

Rude from the moment I walked in. The service was quick but unprofessional. The nurse didn't even wait for my veins to show, she just stuck the needle wherever she wanted and ended up rupturing my vein. Its been 5 days since I had my blood drawn and I've had a large, painful bruise on half of my arm since.

My experience here was during the covid-19 outbreak, and it wasn't too bad. they're professional and very caution. The people their was professional and very nice. Only thing is I have a crazy bill.

There's a parking garage and some street space that have pay stations. The cost is $1 per hour but you can buy less than one hour. If you don't mind walking a block or 2, you might find free street parking nearby.
