Who ever answers their phone AFTER (I specify after because the automative system and the receptionist are welcoming) it’s transferred to the departments such as energy assistance, has poor phone etiquette, very rude and dismissive! Calling to ask a question or clarification does Not need to be met with aggravation and irritation…please find another source of employment because obviously this is not the field for you…respectfully as well as disrespectfully!

To Ms.Denis White and Ms.Odetta Evans,first me and Jessica want to say thank you.Some people would just say they are doing their job,no they went above and beyond in our eyes.They answered when we called,they had heaven sent patience,words do no justice.They didn't brush us off as if we didn't matter.If someone complains about them it's a load of malarkey.They did God's work today and God bless the in Jesus name.I hope y'all hit the lottery.
