Great place to get your tires but they don't offer wheel alignments , so after you get your new tires, you need to find a Greta place for wheel alignment.

I would give this tire center a zero if I could. I dropped off my car at 10am for two tire replacements on the driver side due to flats. It’s now 7:30pm and my car still isn’t done. I gave this service center a call at 5:30pm to ask if my vehicle was ready and Kevin answered the phone and he stated that my car was indeed ready. So, I called a Lyft and left work early to go get my car. I went to the service desk and they gave me my keys. Then, I walked to my car and saw that the two tires that were supposed to be replaced, were not replaced at all!! So, I had to go back into Costco and give them my key back so they could actually do their job! I am currently still waiting for my car. It’s been here for over 8 hours. Which is ridiculous! It shouldn’t take 8 hours to replace to flat tires! They should not have lied to me either about my car being ready.

A heads up for future customers - booking an appointment does not mean there is an available bay for your car at that time. I booked an 11am appointment a week out and then had to wait several hours for service.

if you're able and can, take your car elsewhere! this is one of the worst ive ever dealt with concerning a vehicle. the workers are extremely slow and lazy, please believe all of the negative reviews...
