This Henagar store needs alot if work. It should start with hiring employees. Such a shame to stand in line for 15 when there is only 2 people in front of you. Such a big store and they only open 1 register. Plus I brought an item back for exchange and was given the wrong exchange info. I'll use the Ider store from now on. They are great

Love this store!! The manager is the absolute best. She's ALWAYS so eager to help a customer out. The store is one of the best stocked and the cleanest one I've been to. The staff is always stocking and restocking the shelves whenever I'm in there. I would recommend this Dollar General out of all others in the surrounding Henagar area!!

Employees are nice, store is clean, sometimes they have what I need, ALWAYS a wait. They always have just one register open and the wait is crazy long.

I always thought the wait time at check out took forever and it would be aggravating at times. However once I started working there I understood what was going on, cashiers are not supposed to call for help unless there are atleast 4-5 customer in line with several items. On top of that add your normal register/pinpad mishaps, customers who argue with us because they didn't read the sales sticker correctly and and item was placed in the wrong spot instead of took to its proper home or the cashiers too short to see over the register and haven't noticed the 5 customer who just appeared because they were scanning and bagging, figuring out where to put the bagged item since the customer hasn't removed it yet, it takes time. Most of us love our job, so help us help you. Please come shop, ask if you need assistance whatever it may be and sign up for the digitals because it makes my day seeing those discounts and saving you money!❤️
