2 story only, I reserved either a 1st floor or handicap room. No elevator so I had to climb steps which was very hard. Housekeeping knocked 4 times to clean my room, early too. The grounds needed weedeated really bad and the rooms looked better in the pictures. It needed updated bad!

Room was filthy and in complete disrepair. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall, sheets had not been changed since last guest, everything was dirty (floors, tub, phone, etc.). Was afraid to touch anything until I sprayed Lysol on everything.

My grandfather asked for rooms to be close together or side by side and the lady agreed to put us in rooms that were at least on the same side. She insisted they were on the same side and wrote 121 on his key card and mine was 131 so we go try his card at 121 and it didn’t work. He was given room 124. First let me say the lady at the office looked exhausted bless her heart. My pawpaw who has copd and neuropathy in his legs had to figure out that his room was in fact on the other side. I get in my room I have two small kids sharing the room with me. There were holes in the comforter black stains on the blankets. Mold on the shower head and shower curtain. Dust everywhere. Blood on the curtains. And everything even the towels and wash rags reeked of mildew and cigarette smoke. I’ve paid a lot less and stayed in a lot better.

Only decided to stay here because the reviews went both ways. Needed somewhere decently priced for a few nights due to clinical being too far of a drive. Got here and had ACCIDENTALLY booked a “smoking” room that was very nasty and half cleaned. Was told “that’s what you booked, I told you this at check-in” as I explained I MISUNDERSTOOD and then got hung up on. Very poor customer service. Will not be staying again!
