Went through the drive thru. Live 2 minutes from this location. Food was cold. And had been sitting for a while. Whopper isn't what it should be. Chicken nuggets were cold also. Drink was flat. Expensive as hell. Will not be back.

It's ok. I think one of the new managers is trying to turn the place around. He used to be at Jack's. The burger was cool, not hot like expected. The fries were hot but super salty. 2nd visit, my burger was made wrong and cool. 3rd visit was better. Hot burger this time. I'll go back.

Visited the Fort Payne location on 3/2/22 at 6:52 PM to cure a Whopper craving. Noticed that the inside of the store wasn’t busy, practically empty so we decided to go in. Placed our order and waited for our food. Took a while to get our order and noticed that we were given onion rings in one order instead of fries. I didn’t take it back because it took so long to get our food in the first place. As we were eating another customer came inside with a complaint with their order. We finished our meal and left. As we were leaving yet another customer was walking in with their food bag. I used to frequent this location when I worked in town, hate to see it go down hill.

Friday, March 4, 2022. Around 9 am. These two women worked very hard and are doing a great job. They were short staffed but still managed to get the orders out correctly and quickly. I want to mention Heather for having great communication skills and customer service. Thank y’all for the food this morning. We appreciate your effort!
