Super friendly staff, even though they were super busy, the front counter person was super friendly and those blueberry lemon creme bars were from heaven!

This place was good. The reason for the 3 stars is because I walked into the lobby and stood there for like 10 minutes and no one came up to say hi how can I help you?? There was probably 10 employees working and some were just laughing and clowning around while I waited. The food was good, but the customer service experience was sorely lacking.

It took a really long time just to order food and when I got home I was disappointed with the quality of it. Hardee's has the most expensive breakfast menu, so you would think their food would be awesome. But NO! The ham on the Frisco sandwich was almost non-existent. The biscuits were over cooked, hard, and dry. The price for the new sweet spicy chicken and waffle was outrageous for the product we received from them. I used to go to Hardee's all the time for breakfast, but not anymore. The quality has gone downhill. There used to be some deals but not anymore. I won't go to Hardee's ever again, if that's how the food quality is going to be!
