I have been a customer here for awhile, and I just want to say the manager Jessica is absolutely stuck up, she acts like she is better than everybody. This is not only from me as a customer, but also from people that have worked there. I have seen her treat employees badly as I come through the drive through. This is not okay. She doesn't help employees during rush hours, but just sits there and complains that they are not fast enough. Jessica needs to be trained better and to value her employees more than she does. I have known many people that have quit, because she treats them so poorly. I do not believe she should hold the position of manager unless she is trained better, and is more considerate to others.

Came here for my Lunch break at work and everyone was VERRY polite. My only problem is there was flies flying everywhere in the dining room. Kept on landing on my food. Hope they get this problem fixed ASAP

They are nice here and friendly. This is one of the better mcdonalds in the area. Recently renovated. Sometimes the line is all the way into the road during lunch and dinner. They aren't slow at all, it just gets busy during these times. Dining room is closed due to covid at the moment. I ordered a burger and they forgot to put the meat on it on it today, lol. 🤣 its no big deal, I just think it was funny. They were very nice about it and quickly gave me a replacement burger.

Have you tried the website? Almost every employer has a help and support section that can be found at the bottom of their companies webpage. Surely someone in their support department can look up your information, and send you what you need in an email. Or perhaps there is a section there you can sign into.
