I have been using Dr Crow since 2005 and my dogs would see her every 3 months never really had too many issues however since covid hit she still uses the drive up method even though there is no mask mandates anymore meaning we still cannot go inside with our animals now this may explain why the last visit was so horrible I took my dog in because of her eyes she told me that it's normal for dogs who are older to have dry eye she told me I could get some saline to put in her eyes even though her eyes had green goop in them she did not even look at her eye thoroughly my groomer found in ulcer on the eye that my vet did not even find she also gave me shampoo to put on my dog in which I tried one time and my dog screamed and screamed she also told me my dog was in pain with her feet and her hips but did not offer an x-ray or explanation and then she stated there was nothing she could give her for pain and then I find out I can get dog aspirin from another vet like really ???? I even asked her if there is anything natural I could give her to help her with her pain but she said she doesn't believe in anything homeopathic . I just wanted anything to try to help my dog I mean anything !!!!! After all these years I will no longer go back there ever again with any animal after 17 yrs
