If you have the correct claim number they can advise you of the adjuster the file is assigned to, leave a message requesting a call back, and if you do not get one, within 24 hours, ask to speak to the supervisor. This is common sense. Accident fault is not always 100%. Comparative negligence applies in NJ. Unless you are rear ended or in a parked car when struck. These are examples of 100% negligent cases.
