We got wings and shared the order. The service was quite good. The prices are reasonable. The wings were delicious. One warning. My son ordered their spiciest wings. My son can eat really hot food. Those were a challenge. Be sure you can handle it if you order the hottest. 🔥 BTW if you split the order like we did, they will put more than one flavor in the order.

This place has the worst customer service all the way down to managers. Ordered food a few weeks ago and to realize after getting home they forgot an order of wings and fries so o called and they said we wrote your name down and the item so the next time we can give it to you. So tonight I call to place an order for several items at the end I tell the guy to give me those wings and fries he said no. I asked for a manager who was put on the phone to only tell me I’m lying. I should of believed my friend 2 weeks ago when he quit because of management and unorganized. Never will get my money and I will keep giving them a bad name.

While I acknowledge many places to have had issues with staffing as to why a place struggles with things like order speed and accuracy, this BDubs location manages to have plenty of staffing present but still struggles with order speed and now order accuracy. I have been here a good amount of times always figuring something would change but never seems to with the glaring issues being speed of service. My last two times ordering from this location were online orders which shares a consistency with the dine-in service which is slow speed of service. Both times my orders were roughly 10-15 minutes later than the expected pick up time but the most recent order unfortunately was also incorrect where I received only half of my wing order.
